About Us
Straightforward roll-off service for Lancaster County
Our yard sits on Pitney Road in East Lampeter Township, just off Route 30 — a five-minute run to downtown Lancaster and about 25 minutes to most of the county. Someone answers the phone around the clock, and we’ll tell you up front whether your job needs a permit before the truck ever leaves the yard.
Most residential cleanouts and small remodels fit a 15 or 20-yard container; larger renovations and demolition jobs usually call for a 30 or 40-yard. Tell us what you’re clearing out and we’ll size it for you over the phone.
How much does waste disposal cost?
We quote a flat price up front based on container size and what’s going in it — delivery, drop-off and pickup included, no surprise fees. Call us and we’ll give you a number on the spot.
Do I need a permit?
Not on your own driveway or a private lot. If it has to sit on a city street, the City of Lancaster requires a $75 right-of-way permit through Public Works; other townships in our service area vary. Tell us where it’s going when you book and we’ll check before the truck rolls.
What can’t go in the dumpster?
We can’t take hazardous materials — things like paint, solvents, tires, batteries or refrigerants. Ask us if you’re not sure about something specific and we’ll point you the right way.
